SEMA 2008

I never heard anything about our International Autoshow since 2006. I thought that was the last of the show. And I consider it must be because of the budget to organized the show, to bring in all cars and imagine the tax just for one event. Very expensive laa to get into the hall. Got to think trillion2 times before buying the ticket.Hemmmmm....Why they have to wait for 3 years?Maybe because of politics or any current issues and eventually they forgot about it, maybe because of the MPV that will be launch next year and proton need a BIG BIG show for it, or maybe they just so lazy to organize one. Pity..But, last week I heard that the show will be continue next year.Yeah!!Hope this is the biggest and the best since 2006. Let's share some of the SEMA 2008 coverage from MOTORTREND. I really hope event as good as this are avalaible for Malaysian to see. Worth every peny for the ticket. lol.

Pennzoil-MAM Autosprint Challenge 2008

Scheduled to be held on 9th November 2008 at the Shah Alam Stadium carpark grounds, the Pennzoil-MAM Autosprint Challenge (PMAC) is a unique motorsport event as it caters to a wide range of vehicles, ranging from showroom specification, to modified cars, to spaceframe specials, and will even include go-karts and pocketbikes. If it has an engine, and if Pennzoil has a range of lubricants for it, then you will most likely see it there. Supported by the Motorsports Association of Malaysia (MAM), the PMAC is also an ideal training ground for children and young adults who want to make a foray into motorsports...... more-> GSR Motorsport

............................................................................

This is interesting. The first ever auto sprint challenge. And all kind of cars can participate. Just take your car there, fill up forms, and there you go. Sure, you'll be divided into your own cat and class, but this is fun. A part of it is to encourage Malaysian to get into the scene. Hey, motorsport are beginning to grow here in Malaysia and you can see it for yourself by the everyday car that roar with their BIGGGGGGGG big exhaust....lol... Some of it you can get your 'kepala' into it. So I think this is a good thing for the sake of scene. Kudus to the GSR Motorsport and all the sponsors.
